Job Description
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the textile industry segment across India.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through direct and distributor channels.
- Strengthen relationships with textile manufacturers, corporate accounts, and textile machinery OEMs.
- Drive customer acquisition while expanding wallet share within existing accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend applicable technical lubrication solutions.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Manage key distributors and ensure effective channel performance.
- Deliver commercial excellence through structured account planning and territory management.
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, contract discussions, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular market intelligence and business updates to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the textile industry, industrial consumables, or B2B industrial solutions sector.
- Strong exposure to textile manufacturers, corporate accounts, distributors, and textile machinery OEMs.
