Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Presales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales professional with experience in the luxury real estate segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
- Qualify prospective buyers based on budget, requirements, and purchase intent.
- Provide detailed information about luxury residential projects, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits while ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales funnel.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Channel Partner teams for seamless lead management.
- Track lead status, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline performance.
- Ensure timely response to all customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Support project launches, promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences within the luxury housing segment.
