About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential, entrepreneurial individual to work directly with the Founder across strategy, business growth and execution. This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in ambiguity and wants to build a consumer brand from the ground up.
You will work across functions—from strategy and business planning to new launches, sales, marketing, operations and special projects—ensuring ideas move quickly from concept to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Projects

- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and business analysis.
- Build business cases and evaluate new growth opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports and investment materials.

- Track key business priorities and ensure timely execution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across teams.
