Role Summary

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal, regulatory, and advisory support across product management, IFSC operations, business initiatives, and internal reporting. The incumbent ensures regulatory compliance, product governance, and alignment with applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies while supporting business growth and innovation.

- Key Result Areas

Advertising Compliance
- Review and approve advertisements, marketing collaterals,



and digital campaigns for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and product approvals.
- Advise business and marketing teams on advertising compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks in customer-facing communications.
- Maintain approval records and support regulatory audits and inspections.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on advertisement compliance.
- Drive automation and innovation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Product Compliance
- Vet Product Management Committee (PMC) documentation for new product launches and modifications.
- Draft, review, and ensure regulatory and legal accuracy of policy documents.
- Manage end‑to‑end legal support for current product launches and product modifications.
- Establish and maintain consistency mechanisms across PMC approvals, policy wordings, and regulatory filings.
