Role Overview

Volody is looking for an accomplished Enterprise Legal Transformation & Growth

Leader with an Ex-Big 4 consulting background to drive strategic enterprise growth and

transformation initiatives.

This is a senior client-facing leadership role for someone who has advised Fortune 500

companies and large enterprises on legal transformation, operating model redesign, digital

transformation, AI adoption, and business process optimization while building long-term

executive relationships.

The ideal candidate has worked with organizations such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, or





leading consulting firms and has developed a solid network with General Counsels, Chief

Legal Officers, Heads of Legal, Chief Compliance Officers, Legal Operations leaders,

Procurement Heads, and C-suite executives.

This role combines enterprise consulting, strategic relationship management, business

development, and executive advisory. The successful candidate will help organizations

identify transformation opportunities while driving adoption of Volody AI-powered

enterprise platform.

Enterprise Growth & Business Development

Build and expand strategic relationships with General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, Heads

of Legal, Legal Operations leaders, Procurement Heads, and enterprise CXOs.

Leverage an existing network to generate enterprise opportunities and build a strong sales

pipeline.

Drive executive conversations around enterprise transformation, AI adoption, legal

modernization, and operational excellence.
