Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong PHP/LAMP background and Business Analysis experience to manage end-to-end web application and software development projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the PHP/LAMP technology stack, software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management practices. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PHP/LAMP software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and delivery.
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories,



technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with PHP developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other technical teams.
- Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor development progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Review requirements and ensure that development teams have a transparent understanding of project objectives and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate API integrations, third-party integrations, database-related activities, and deployment requirements.
