/n We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of qualified experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.
/n Responsibilities
/n /n Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
/n Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
/n Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L; objectives.
/n Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
/n Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.




/n Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
/n Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
/n Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
/n Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
/n Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
/n Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
/n Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
/n Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.
/n /n Qualifications
/n /n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
/n Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
