As a Facilities Executive, you will coordinate the smooth functioning and upkeep of assigned properties by working closely with maintenance teams, housekeeping staff, security personnel, gardeners, contractors, and external vendors.

You will conduct regular inspections, identify maintenance requirements, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and ensure issues are resolved promptly. The role requires robust organisation, attention to detail, vendor coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.

You will also support the Facilities Manager in maintaining service standards, operational records, safety compliance, and overall property readiness.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities maintenance and operations across assigned properties.
- Monitor common areas and ensure they remain clean, functional, safe, and well maintained.




- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardening, and other support service providers.
- Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned work.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties, common areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate prompt resolution.
- Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure agreed standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service schedules, inventories, and operational reports.
- Monitor the availability of essential supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Ensure adherence to applicable safety procedures, company processes, and operational standards.
- Escalate recurring or critical maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
