- Vision Mapping: Conduct deep-dive meetings with clients to define their wedding style, theme, color palette, and priorities.
- Mood Boarding: Create visual presentations and mood boards detailing decor, lighting, floral arrangements, and stage setups.
- Scope Definition: Establish transparent event scopes, breaking down multi-day functions like Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, and the Reception.

2. NCR Vendor Sourcing & Management
- Vendor Selection: Match clients with curated options for decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, and entertainment.
- Contract Negotiation: Review vendor contracts, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure bookings to lock in dates.
- Logistics Alignment: Coordinate technical requirements (sound, light, power loads) between the venue and technical production teams.
