To be successful as a Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer , you should have experience with:
- Strong Apex development experience including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI development.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Proficiency with Git, branch management strategies,
and source-driven development.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards and best practices.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance across project teams.
- Ability to estimate effort, identify technical risks, and drive delivery commitments.
- Experience collaborating with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with experience leading end-to-end feature delivery and release execution.
Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise Design Patterns (fflib) and framework-based development.
