About Lazito

Lazito is a frozen food manufacturer with its production facility in Ambala and a sales office in Delhi. We manufacture French fries, aloo tikki, burger patties, hash browns, and a wide range of frozen appetizers for QSR chains, institutional buyers, and private-label customers across India and international markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced VP - Business Development to lead the growth of Lazito's third-party manufacturing and institutional sales business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the frozen food or food processing industry and a proven track record of developing business with QSR chains, food-service companies, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand third-party manufacturing and private-label business across India.
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic accounts within QSR, food-service, FMCG,



and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at leading food companies and restaurant chains.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, service levels, and long-term supply contracts.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D;, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, customer onboarding, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business development strategies, sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports for management.
- Represent Lazito at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or B2B Sales within the frozen food, food processing, or QSR supply industry.
