About The Role:

Senior laboratory manager to lead and oversee our Residue Analysis and Trace Laboratory - ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, method validation, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Laboratory Operations & Technical Leadership:
- Lead and oversee pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS instrumentation
- Supervise analysis of pesticides, antibiotics, vitamins, melamine, PFAS/PFOS, dioxins, furans, PAHs, PCBs,



and other trace contaminants
- Implement and optimize QuEChERS and advanced sample preparation techniques
- Drive method development, verification, validation, and measurement uncertainty studies

Regulatory & Quality Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with SANTE, AOAC, ISO/IEC 17025, FSSAI, and APEDA regulatory guidelines
- Handle internal audits, NABL assessments, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
- Maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation, data integrity, and laboratory quality standards
- Review and approve analytical data, chromatograms, validation reports, and test reports
- Manage instrument qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise, train, and develop technical staff on analytical protocols, regulatory compliance, and laboratory best practices
