Sales Manager – Luxury Modular Systems Role Description
Develop and execute structured sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and premium clients.
Work closely with top management to design and implement innovative sales plans and operational improvements.
Drive business expansion through current client acquisition and strategic retention of existing customers.
Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, customer satisfaction benchmarks, and seamless execution of projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, delivery, installation, and after-sales) to ensure timely and quality execution.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Generate regular sales reports, pipeline tracking, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts for the COO/MD.
Maintain strict CRM discipline with structured follow-ups and documented client communication.
Mandatory Performance Standards
Monthly and quarterly revenue targets will be assigned and formally reviewed.
Defined revenue milestones must be achieved during the 6-month probation period.
Failure to meet performance benchmarks may result in termination during or at the end of probation.
All discounting and pricing deviations require written management approval.
CRM updates and pipeline reporting are mandatory and subject to audit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets in the luxury furnishings or branded building materials industry.
