Hiring | US Collections Representative | Pune

We are looking for experienced professionals in US Collections / Customer Support to join a leading organization in Pune.

Location: Pune

Role: Collections Representative – Inbound / Outbound

Shift: US Shifts (24x7 Rotational)

Education: Full time Graduation Mandatory

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (Based on last CTC & experience)

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1+ year experience in US Collections

✔️ Experience in B2C Debt Collections / Credit Collections / Payment Follow-up

✔️ Strong Customer Support background

✔️ CEFR C1 level English communication mandatory

✔️ International voice process experience preferred

❌ Not Eligible:

Non-Collections profiles

Accounts Receivable (AR) candidates

Order Management candidates

General Operations profiles

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Understand customer financial situations through effective probing

• Manage delinquency levels and payment follow-ups





• Negotiate and provide suitable payment solutions

• Maintain customer relationships through professional communication

• Document customer interactions and actions taken

• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring quality standards

Required Skills:

✅ Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

✅ Strong customer handling skills
