SPEG UDE Program is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Program Manager, to drive Upstream Defect Elimination (UDE) initiatives across our Selling Partner Efficiency & Growth (SPEG) organization, delivering measurable business impact through strategic defect prevention at source.
Key Responsibilities include.
- Identify critical defects and optimization opportunities in Amazon's listing and selection processes. Build mechanisms to create robust pipelines that exceed targets
- Perform defect sizing and root cause analysis to influence upstream tool owners for defect fixes through tool enhancements
- Partner with senior leaders (L6-L7) across multiple VP organizations to secure bandwidth and prioritize defect elimination over reactive fixes.
- Establish comprehensive governance frameworks for UDE programs, including pipeline development, quality controls, and executive reporting mechanisms.
