The AI Platform Service Engineer is responsible for administering, governing, and operationalizing Microsoft's enterprise AI platforms across complex multi-tenant environments, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Platform services.



This role serves as a key steward of Microsoft's AI ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, compliant, and reliable deployment of AI agents and intelligent solutions. The engineer will establish platform standards, governance frameworks, lifecycle management processes, operational baselines, and service controls that enable employees and business teams to build and consume AI capabilities securely and effectively while maintaining alignment with Microsoft enterprise standards.

As part of the Tenant & Productivity Org, the engineer will support the end-to-end management of enterprise AI platforms spanning multiple Microsoft tenants, including agent provisioning, environment governance, entitlement management, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and service enablement.
