About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader with a strong background in Employee Health Benefits, Wellness, Group Health Insurance, or InsuranceTech. The ideal candidate should be a strong hunter and closer with established CXO relationships and experience driving enterprise sales across the West region.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Recent Business
- Own annual sales targets and drive predictable enterprise revenue growth.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
- Acquire new corporate clients through direct selling and partner ecosystems.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
- Develop strategic account plans and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Enterprise & CXO Engagement
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Benefits/Total Rewards Heads, CFOs, CEOs, and Procurement leaders.
- Position healthcare and employee benefits solutions as strategic workforce and productivity solutions.




- Act as a trusted advisor on employee healthcare, wellness, benefits optimization, and healthcare costs.

Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand enterprise challenges around employee health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs.
- Design customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops, solution presentations, business cases, ROI discussions, and executive presentations.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Build relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs, insurers, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new industry verticals.
- Expand enterprise accounts through strategic cross-sell and upsell.

Sales Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team of 5+ members.
- Establish sales processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline governance.
