We are seeking a Technical Client-Success Manager for an AI powered SaaS Platform.

Job Profile:

Pre-Sales Solutioning

Partner with Sales to understand customer challenges and define solution approaches.

Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with customer stakeholders.

Design and deliver tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate Beacon’s capabilities.

Create high-level solution architectures, implementation plans, and effort estimates for prospective customers.

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Lead end-to-end implementation projects from project kickoff through production go-live.

Translate customer business processes into functional solution designs and implementation requirements.

Collaborate with AI Engineering teams to define solution requirements, review implementation progress, and validate technical deliverables against customer requirements.

Review and validate workflows, agents, integrations, and overall solution behavior prior to customer acceptance.

Lead functional testing, identify solution gaps,



and coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues.

Coordinate UAT, production deployments, onboarding activities, and post-go-live hypercare support. Client Success

Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with customer stakeholders to demonstrate business value, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.

Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer’s lifecycle.

Guide customers on solution best practices, implementation strategy, and platform adoption.

Drive retention through consistent project outcomes, and expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases and demonstrating business value.

Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence future product enhancements.

Project Coordination

Manage implementation timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
