Sales Head - Retail Industries Position Sales Head Industry Retail Store Furniture Manufacturing Location Kaylan Bypass Bhiwandi Experience 8-15 Years Reporting To CEO Role Overview The Sales Head will lead the Sales efforts for our interior and furniture manufacturing company Will be responsible for driving growth and meeting sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team Key duties include designing and implementing strategic sales plans expanding the customer base across corporate and retail segments and building robust client relationships The role also involves overseeing the sales team s performance generating leads negotiating deals coordinating with the design team and ensuring client satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Strategy Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales plans Forecast sales and plan budgets for retail project sales 2 Team Leadership Management Lead motivate and mentor the sales team Retail Executives B2B Sales and Corporate Sales Define targets KRAs and conduct periodic performance reviews Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills 3 Retail Store Sales Oversee daily sales operations Ensure high store conversion rates and excellent customer experience Monitor store performance visual merchandising and product display standards 4 B2B Project Sales - Furniture Manufacturing Drive institutional architect designer and corporate sales Build strong business relationships with channel partners and key accounts Handle large project quotations negotiations and closures 5 Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business Address client feedback queries and escalations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty 6 Operations Coordination Work closely with production design and installation teams
