About the Role:

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Duration: Fulltime

Location: India / Remote

No. of Positions: 1
- 4--5 yrs. of experience.
- Shift timings – 2pm to 11 pm IST (40 hrs. week full time resources) – should be available for on-call rotation during critical project releases and hyper-care times.

JOB OVERVIEW:
- As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business needs.
- With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development to design and implement solutions, integrate systems, and enhance the overall functionality of the platform.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and project managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows,



and other functionalities to support business processes and requirements.
- Configuration and Customization: Customize ServiceNow platform components such as forms, fields, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to enhance user experience and meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, databases, and external applications using REST, SOAP, Rasor other integration methods.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the ServiceNow platform and develop solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Incident and Problem Management: Collaborate with the IT Service Management (ITSM) team to develop and maintain effective incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
