As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales and tele calling operations. The role involves building and managing a high-performing telesales team consisting primarily of remote-working professionals, freshers, and educated homemakers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused Senior Business Development with strong experience in telesales and inside sales team management.





The ideal candidate should have evolved from an individual tele caller or inside sales executive into a leadership role and possess a deep understanding of the complete sales lifecycle — including lead qualification, demo scheduling, follow-ups, conversion management, CRM discipline, team productivity, and revenue growth.

This position requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on sales management, coaching expertise, and the ability to drive aggressive business targets in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ tele callers and inside sales executives
