Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Couple Therapists to join our clinical team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and couples, assess relationship dynamics, develop personalised treatment plans, and support clients in building healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions based on clients' therapeutic needs.




- Evaluate relationship dynamics through comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
- Develop personalised treatment plans with measurable therapeutic goals.
- Apply evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, CBT, and other relevant modalities where appropriate.
- Support clients in improving communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, trust rebuilding, and relationship satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, case documentation, and treatment updates.
- Identify high-risk situations and take appropriate clinical action while following ethical and legal guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and the multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure quality client care.
