Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing enterprise business opportunities across strategic accounts while contributing to overall business objectives.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, Business Heads, GCC leaders, and other key decision-makers to position L&T; EduTech as a trusted workforce transformation partner.
- Drive business growth across priority industry segments, including Manufacturing, Engineering Services, GCCs, Energy & Utilities, Automotive, BFSI, Construction & Infrastructure, and Emerging Technology sectors.
- Identify current business opportunities through strategic partnerships, enterprise alliances, and industry collaborations. Lead end-to-end enterprise sales engagements, including RFPs, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Academic, and Delivery teams to design and deliver customized learning, assessment, leadership development, and workforce transformation solutions aligned with customer needs.




- Position and promote solutions in Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, AI & Data Skills, Leadership Development, Workforce Productivity, Technical Capability Building, and Future Skills.
- Ensure successful execution of enterprise engagements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes, including workforce capability enhancement, productivity improvement, and business impact.
- Drive strategic account growth through customer retention, renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
- Lead and mentor high-performing enterprise sales and account management teams by establishing performance metrics and driving execution excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging learning technologies to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen L&T; EduTech's market position.
