About us

MomsMade makes clean-label traditional Indian snacks — thekua, namak pare and more. No maida, no dalda, no preservatives.

What you'll do
- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials — flour, ghee, jaggery, packaging — against specs; reject what doesn't pass
- Run in-process checks: moisture, ghee/oil TPM, batch weight, colour, texture, cooling room conditions
- Do final product QC before dispatch — seal integrity, shrink sleeve, batch code, MRP, date, net weight
- Maintain QC records, batch traceability and retention samples
- Own FSSAI compliance on the floor: hygiene rounds, pest control logs, personnel hygiene, calibration schedules
- Coordinate lab testing (shelf-life, micro, nutritional) with external labs and track reports




- Investigate customer complaints and internal rejections; drive corrective actions with the production team

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in food QA/QC (snacks, bakery, sweets or ready-to-eat preferred)
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent
- Working knowledge of FSSAI requirements, GMP and basic HACCP
- Solid documentation discipline — records must be complete and audit-ready
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets
- Hindi and English;

Nice to have
- Experience handling an FSSAI or third-party audit end to end
- Exposure to shelf-life studies and label compliance
