About the Role: As a Credit Controller at NES Fircroft, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health by managing and recovering debts, optimizing credit processes, and building strong client relationships. Ledger Management: Handle high-value customer accounts, ensuring effective ledger management and prompt dispute resolution.
Actively chase overdue payments via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely collections.
Financial Oversight: Support the cash allocation team, ensuring payments align with customer remittances.
Credit Risk Monitoring:



Monitor customer credit ratings and take necessary actions to mitigate financial risks.
Account Setup & Maintenance: Ensure seamless setup of current customer accounts with all required documentation.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Shared Service Centre to align processes and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present debt management reports to senior finance and operations teams.

Experience: 5+ years as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role, with a proven track record in accounts receivable and debt recovery.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries professionally.
Financial Expertise: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, with strong financial data analysis skills.
Excellent decision-making skills for resolving complex credit and collection issues.
Tech Savvy: Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Navi
