The HR Systems Team sits within the FIL Platforms function and works in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners and business groups to provide assistance in the technological support on Workday Human Capital Management System and other HR applications such as Cornerstone On Demand and LinkedIn Learning

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and governance. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to HR technology transformation projects





Reporting & Analytics
- Design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced Workday reporting solutions across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
- Provide technical direction and oversight for Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable.
- Drive reporting standards, governance, quality assurance, and best practices across the team.

AI, Automation & Innovation
- Champion an AI-first and automation-focused mindset within the team, continuously identifying opportunities to improve how reporting solutions are designed, developed, tested, documented, and supported.
- Explore and adopt Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities to enhance developer productivity, reporting operations, data analysis, and user experience.
- Identify suitable use cases for AI agents and intelligent automatio
