Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Design/Home Interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of converting qualified leads into successful projects while also contributing to business growth by generating new leads through referrals, networking, and channel partners.
This is a revenue-driven role that requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills,
and a sound understanding of interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design consultations.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Generate current business through referrals, architects, builders, channel partners, networking, and personal contacts.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design/Home Interior Sales.
