? WE’RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER

Are you highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders?

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager who can go beyond traditional administrative support and help drive operational excellence, follow-through, and cross-functional execution.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar and optimize scheduling
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership discussions, and advisor interactions
- Triage emails and meeting requests and draft responses when required
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and concise summaries

Meeting & Project Coordination
- Organize meetings, capture key discussion points, and maintain action trackers
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items
- Maintain centralized trackers for projects, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables

Business Operations




- Coordinate recurring operational activities, audit schedules, statutory filings, KRA reviews, and business deliverables
- Work with internal teams, consultants, Company Secretary, and tax partners
- Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, investor updates, and quarterly board packs

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Drive timely follow-ups and ensure stakeholders meet agreed timelines
- Handle confidential business, leadership, compensation, and investor-related information with complete discretion

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or similar role

✅ Experience in a high-growth startup or VC-funded organization is an added advantage

✅ Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Of
