Primary Skills
- 5+ years of experience in working and leading teams on logistics, supply chain, or operations support
- Expereince in coordinating with customers, stakeholders, end users, carriers and operations contacts.
- Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reporting)
- Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards




- Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar tools
- Ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, and load coordination
- Positive understanding of logistics processes including shipment planning, scheduling, and execution
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with customers and internal teams
- Experience supporting US/UK customers and ability to work in EU/UK time zones
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution or escalation
- Experience in exception handling and operational troubleshooting
- Good analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct basic system/process training for internal/external stakeholders
