We're hiring a full-time Creative Strategist at Cosmoon Media.

1. You have at least 2 years of experience specifically working with DTC Brands.
2. You have hands-on experience with ecommerce brands spending at least $10,000/month on paid ads in the US.

This is a senior role. We're not set up to train beginners, and applications from people without direct DTC/ecom ad experience will be rejected without a response.

We work with some of the biggest ecom brands out there in the US and EU.

We scale ecommerce brands through paid ads on Meta and Google , over $68m+ generated in client revenue.

This role owns creative strategy across our client accounts: hooks, angles, briefs, AI-generated video and static ads, and constant testing.

You're not making "nice ads." You're making ads that convert, and you can prove it.

What you'll do
- Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts for Meta and Google campaigns.




- Develop creative angles and hooks rooted in consumer psychology and direct response.
- Build detailed creative briefs with transparent scene descriptions and editing guidelines, ready to hand to an editor.
- Generate AI video ads using tools like Google Flow, Higgsfield, or similar, and oversee the editing process.
- Create static image ads using AI image generation tools and Canva. Research competitors and pull winning concepts from ad libraries and organic content.
- Continuously test new angles, hooks, and formats, and iterate fast.

What you need — non-negotiable

Minimum 2+ years working with ecommerce/DTC brands, ideally 6-8 figure accounts. If you don't meet this, do not apply.

Direct experience with ecommerce brands spending at least $10,000/month on paid ads in the US. If you don't meet this, do not apply.

Proof of ads you've made that generated at least $100k in tracked revenue — this is the bare minimum, not a nice
