The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, business planning, regulatory compliance, treasury management, fundraising, and driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and extensive experience in managing finance functions in a manufacturing or engineering setting. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.



Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and decision-making. Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, and profitability initiatives. Provide financial insights to support business growth and expansion. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes. Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and the Board. Accounting & Financial Control Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
