Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – with regular travel across MP and other states

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive advertising and sponsorship revenues for our 10 Dynamic Digital Coffee Book (DDCB) – a curated digital discovery platform, hosted on the website of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, for 10 tourism clusters in MP, reaching Indian and foreign tourists, travel planners and decision‑makers. This is the first publication to drive tourist inflow & by providing authentic information with rich, high-quality photographs and videos, and TellMe is proud to be associated with MPTB on this project.

The ideal candidate will build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers and sponsor brands,



position DDCB as a high‑impact visibility and engagement medium for tourism‑linked businesses, and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and onboard advertisers and sponsor brands across travel, hospitality, F&B;, lifestyle, banking, travel assistance and accessories, FMCG and other relevant sectors.
- Develop and present compelling ad and sponsorship solutions in DDCB (banner options, category features, destination pages, co‑branded content, campaigns, etc.) aligned with client objectives.
- Build and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline; own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Meet marketing, brand and media decision‑makers at companies, agencies and tourism boards to pitch DDCB and close long‑term advertising/sponsorship agreements.
