Position overview: The Program Lead – Financial Literacy & Digital Inclusion will design, lead, and scale initiatives that empower women through enhanced financial capability and digital access. The role focuses on bridging financial and digital gender gaps by enabling women to confidently use technology, financial tools, and digital platforms for personal, skilled, and entrepreneurial growth.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Program Design & Implementation Design and implement integrated financial literacy and digital inclusion programs tailored to the needs of women across different socio-economic backgrounds. Develop structured curricula covering digital literacy, financial management, savings, credit, insurance, and digital financial services. Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and national inclusion priorities. Financial Literacy Initiatives Lead initiatives to improve women's understanding of budgeting, savings, banking, credit, investments, and digital payments. Promote adoption of formal financial systems and responsible financial behaviour. Collaborate with financial institutions and fintech partners for training and access to services. Digital Inclusion & Access to Technology Identify and implement initiatives to improve women's access to digital devices, internet connectivity
