- Lead, mentor, and develop team managers, project leads, and offshore delivery teams
- Own workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management
- Drive performance improvement, employee engagement, and succession planning

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary offshore operations contact for onshore stakeholders and leadership
- Lead governance meetings and present delivery performance, risks, and improvement plans
- Manage escalations end-to-end with timely resolution and explicit communication

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track delivery performance
- Drive process standardization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards

Reporting
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting on SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, utilization, and risks

Required Experience
- 12–16 years of overall experience in IT Operations,



Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery
- 6–8 years in a managerial or delivery leadership role, specifically managing offshore teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders
- Proven track record managing multiple projects/workstreams with governance and KPI accountability
- Experience handling delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
- Background in software development, technology services, or insurance technology
