Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive Pre-Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to support our growth efforts. This person will play a key role in helping us generate leads, connect with prospects, and schedule meetings for the leadership team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a services-based business, with solid spoken and written English skills. They should be comfortable communicating with prospects professionally over email, LinkedIn, and calls,



and should be able to represent EventIron well in early-stage conversations.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, relationship building, and sales coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

● Identify potential prospects and target accounts aligned with EventIron’s services

● Research companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts using LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources

● Build and maintain prospect lists for outbound campaigns

● Support lead generation through email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities

Outreach & Early-Stage Engagement

● Draft and send clear, personalized, and professional outreach messages

● Engage with prospects in a confident and polished manner

● Follow up consistently to generate responses and move conversations forward

● Qualify initial interest and identify relevant business opportunities
