What You'll Do

Lead & manage a team of 10+ counsellors

Drive daily targets, conversions & revenue

Coach, train, and mentor team members

Handle high-value counselling & escalations

Optimise lead flow, pipelines & CRM tracking

Run daily team huddles & performance reviews

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling

1–2 years in team handling (10+ members)

Robust track record in driving conversions & targets

Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills

Highly target-driven, energetic & result-oriented
