About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business leads across industries; build a strong pipeline of prospective brands and clients.
- Reach out to marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers of brands to pitch the agency's services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate commercials, scope of work, and close client deals/contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-deal closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging brands to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.




- Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and brand meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency (mandatory).
- Proven track record of independently acquiring and closing brand/client deals.
- Strong existing network with brands and marketing decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach with the ability to work under targets.
- Good understanding of advertising services — branding, digital marketing, creative campaigns, media, etc.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with a diverse portfolio of brands across industries.
