Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, sales reports, expenses, and business performance data.
- Identify areas of profit leakage and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor business costs and suggest ways to improve profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for growth.
- Review inventory, purchasing, and operational expenses to improve efficiency.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and well-maintained.
- Assist in business planning and decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to management regularly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and business analysis.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery business operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
