Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch freight loads to drivers efficiently.
- Communicate with brokers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, invoices, and dispatch activities.
- Resolve transportation issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and clients.

Requirements For Freshers:
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn logistics and freight dispatch operations.
- 1+ years of experience in freight dispatching, logistics, or transportation.
- Knowledge of load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, etc.




- Experience in dealing with brokers and carriers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
