Position:
- Academic and faculty manager.

Reporting To:
- Academic Manager

Work Locations:
- Dadar, Mumbai

Years of Experience:
- Minimum 3 Year in a similar role

Qualification:
- Graduate Shift /

Work Timings:
- 6 Days a Week | Sunday - weekly off.





Responsibilities & Targets

2. Training -Coordinate onboarding sessions for all newly recruited faculties. --Track the progress and performance of recent faculties during their probation period.

3. Rapport & Management-Maintain the central Faculty Database with all relevant documentation and records.

5. Salary, Payroll & Revisions -Collate monthly attendance and coordinate with the Accounts team for accurate payroll processing.
- 6. Faculty Access - Content & Resources -Ensure that each faculty member receives timely access to academic content -Share all relevant login credentials and digital teaching tools during onboarding.
