With a strong presence across retail stores and online marketplaces, we are looking for an Ecommerce Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfilment using Uniware/Unicommerce.
- Track orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, exchanges, and dispute resolution.
- Create and manage product listings across Shopify, Nykaa, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain product catalogues, including descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and inventory synchronisation.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for catalogue updates, campaigns, pricing, and issue resolution.




- Monitor stock availability and ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), MIS reports, and analyse fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Uniware/Unicommerce or a similar Order Management System (OMS).
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels such as Nykaa & Myntra or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics, order fulfilment, returns, and inventory management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
