About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Banking Verification Operations, you will lead end-to-end banking verification operations across the East region, ensuring efficient service delivery, workforce productivity, and operational excellence. You will oversee a large multi-level team,



including field operations, backend teams, and supervisors, while driving process improvements, operational governance, and performance management. This position requires strong people leadership, regional operational oversight, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage geographically distributed teams while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage banking verification operations across the East region to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
- Oversee the performance, productivity, and day-to-day management of approximately 200 employees, including Field Operations Staff (FOS), backend teams, and supervisors.
- Drive operational performance by monitoring service quality, productivity, and process adherence across multiple locations.
