Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups, steaks, burgers, appetizers, and other café-style preparations.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and develop new Continental dishes and seasonal specials.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food during peak café hours.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team for ingredient requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion and cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI/HACCP and food safety standards.
- Handle customer-specific food requirements and special orders when required.

Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Production, Catering Technology,



or a relevant culinary qualification.
- Experience:2-4 years of experience as a Chef/Cook specializing in Continental Cuisine in a café, restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Good team management, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
