Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all electrical activities at construction project sites.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Manage power distribution systems, DG sets, transformers, panels, lighting systems, and site electrification works.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for construction activities.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities, inspections, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement and maintenance of electrical materials and equipment.
- Support project execution by ensuring availability and reliability of electrical systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience in handling DG sets, transformers, LT panels, HT panels, and site electrification.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, load calculations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations and travel as required.
Preferred:
- Experience in construction or piling foundation projects will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
