We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify IT professionals and job seekers across the USA and Canada using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other online platforms.
- Introduce our recruitment, staffing, and career-support services in a clear and qualified manner.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, responses, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion.
- Work closely with recruiters and the bench sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff.
Pay: ₹10,081.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
