Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 6 Months - 1 Year (Freshers with solid portfolio may be considered)
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 per month

- Key Roles & Responsibilities_

Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design high-quality posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, flyers, reports, certificates, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create campaign visuals aligned with organisational objectives and communication strategies.
- Develop creative concepts for awareness campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, impactful, and audience-centric.

2. Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging static posts, carousels, infographics, reels covers, and digital assets for social media platforms.
- Develop visual content that effectively communicates organisational programs, campaigns, events, and impact stories.
- Collaborate with program and communication teams to translate field activities into engaging digital content.
