We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant who is eager to build a career in the field of Accounting and Taxation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording day-to-day financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of bank reconciliations, financial reports, and management reports.
- Help in preparing tax working papers and basic tax return documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records with accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and supporting records.
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP systems.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or pursuing/completed CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior internship experience in accounting or taxation will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
