Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments such as Flow Meters, Control Valves, Level Transmitters, Load Cells, and DCS Panels.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely fault rectification.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Perform scheduled calibration and maintain documentation.
- Install new instruments, cabling, ferruling, lugging, and termination work.
- Configure and parameterize field instruments.
- Maintain communication systems such as Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet.
- Perform earth pit maintenance.
- Assist vendors during AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
- Identify and rectify air leakages in instruments, pipelines, and packing machines.
- Follow 5S standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
