About the Role

Your goal is to ensure every ReNova installation is technically flawless, compliant with safety standards, and completed within the promised timeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite surveys for prospective solar installation projects.
- Assess roof conditions, dimensions, orientation, shading, and structural considerations.
- Inspect electrical systems, including service panels, meter locations, and utility connections.
- Take accurate measurements, photographs, and site documentation.
- Identify potential installation challenges and recommend solutions.
- Gather data required for solar system design and permitting.




- Meet with customers to explain the survey process and answer basic project-related questions.
- Ensure all collected information is uploaded and reported promptly.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices during site visits.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, permitting, and installation teams to ensure project readiness.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in solar energy, construction, electrical work, roofing, or site surveying is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
