Special Education Teacher

Time : 8:30 - 12:30

Salary : 8000

Role Purpose:
To provide individualized academic and developmental support to a special child, ensuring learning is aligned with their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP):
- Adapt curriculum to suit the child’s learning level
- Work closely with class teachers for academic alignment
- Support behavioral, social, and emotional development
- Maintain regular progress records
- Coordinate with parents and external therapists (if required)

Required Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized preferred):
- Background in Child Psychology / ECCE is an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working with special children
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Patience, empathy, and qualified commitment
